I had a great experience at the hotel thanks to the exceptional staff who were incredibly helpful and supportive, especially during some challenging moments. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, adding to my overall satisfaction. While the atmosphere was nice and friendly, I did wish for better privacy in the rooms due to large windows that overlooked the car park. Despite this, the hotel was a wonderful choice for my stay.
